Affiliates are subject to approval and must receive written approval before their affiliate link will begin tracking.
Commissions are based on the retail price listed at www.vutvplus.com. Commission percentage applies to full retail price on each customer invoice (including add on products). Commissions are based on the commission structure.
Commissions are residual, meaning that we pay you a commission on each active subscriber each month. You continue to earn on your group of subscribers as long as they stay subscribed.
Commission Structure:
Standard: 26% on the first 99 subscribers per month
Silver Level: 37% 100 - 1000 subscribers per month
Gold Level: 43% 1000 - 5000 subscribers per month
Partner Level: 50% 5000+ subscribers per month
Commission totals are calculated on the 30th of each month and are paid out on or before the 30th of each month. VUtv+ pays commission on active paying subscriptions attributed to your affiliate link that is tracked by our affiliate tracking software. We do not pay a commission for customers who are in trial, only those that are listed as fully active paying subscribers (Conversions) for the month. Affiliate's link Clicks and Conversions are tracked in your personal affiliated portal dashboard and are subject to approval. The dashboard will display your commission for each conversion. Our policy with subscribers is that they may cancel anytime, however they are committed to the term that they have subscribed to. For instance, a monthly subscriber has paid for the month, but cancels 8 days into the month. Even though they have requested to cancel, they are not refunded and their service will continue for another 22 days and their term will count as a conversion for which you would receive your full commission. There are some circumstances however where a subscriber may receive a full refund at the sole discretion of VUtv+ management, in which case you may not receive the full commission.
Payouts are made in USD via Paypal or Wire Transfer. Vutv+ is not responsible for payout receiving fees.
VUtv+ can provide customized detailed daily tracking reports upon request.
Affiliates may use provided media assets for websites and emails campaigns, however affiliates are not permitted to represent themselves as VUtv+ without written approval from VUtv+ management.
Affiliates may engage in multi level marketing (MLM), however VUtv+ can only be responsible for tracking and payouts to MLMs set up through the VUtv+ tracking system. Please contact us if you would like to develop an MLM system set up.
Resellers must adhere to VUtv+ pricing policies.
